A student has slammed "disgraceful" staff at Edinburgh bus station for their attitude after she suffered a horror fall on an escalator.

Tayla Ellis had been heading into Edinburgh bus station on Elder Street in the city centre on January 10 to celebrate her birthday with her partner in Fife.

However, as the 20-year-old entered the terminal, the rainwater on the top of the escalator caused her to slip, sending her tumbling down and sustaining deep cuts and bruising.
