Bhargavi (1983–2008) was born in Gorantla (Guntur district). Her first film was YVS Chowdary's Devadasu, through which she first achieved recognition. She also appeared in Ashta Chamma, based on Oscar Wilde's play The Importance of Being Earnest, as Varalakshmi (the equivalent of Cecily Cardew in Earnest). Before acting in Ashta Chamma, she worked in several TV serials. She rose to fame with the TV show Ammamma.com, produced under the banner Just Yellow. On 16 December 2008, Bhargavi was found murdered in her Banjara Hills house along with an orchestra troupe operator, Praveen Kumar, triggering speculation about the motive behind the deaths.

Gayathri Bhargavi, a renowned Telugu television anchor turned actress, VJ, model, and TV presenter, hails from Hyderabad, formerly a part of Andhra Pradesh, born in 1984. She completed her education at St. Annes Public School and earned a B. Com degree from Bhadruka Degree College in Hyderabad, India. Gayatri is the granddaughter of the well-known writer and legendary director, Bapu.

At the age of 21, Gayatri tied the knot with Major Vikram, an army official, and the couple was blessed with a son named Akshith. Her journey in the entertainment industry began as an anchor in the show “Aata Kaavala, Paata Kaavala” on Gemini TV, where her performances garnered widespread recognition. She went on to host shows like “Abhiruchi” on ETV channel and “Maa Voori Vanta” on MAA TV.
