Biography

I am passionate archaeologist and archaeobotanist, currently working full time at a commercial archaeological company as an 'Environmental Assistant' and part time as a 'Chef' at a local patisserie.

I graduated on March 2015 from the University of Crete, Faculty of Philosophy, Department of History and Archaeology with a second upper class honours BA degree in 'Archaeology and History of Art'. In January 2017 I graduated from the University of Sheffield, Faculty of Humanities, Department of Archaeology with a second upper class honours MSc degree in 'Environmental Archaeology and Paleoeconomy' with a particular specialisation in Archaeobotany.

Other than that, I am also a passionate anticapitalist activist participating at and/or co-organising multiple events in the UK and Greece.One of our biggest achievements was the revival and the co-organisation of the 'Antirascist/Antifastist Festival of Rethymno' (Crete)!

Finally, I enjoy finding good excuses to travel, eat, drink and ...enjoy life!

    Alexandra Christina, Countess of Frederiksborg, RE, formerly Princess Alexandra of Denmark (néeManley; born 30 June 1964), is the former wife of Prince Joachim of Denmark, the younger brother of King Frederik X of Denmark.

    She was born in Hong Kong, and is of mixed Asian and European ancestry. She was introduced to Prince Joachim in 1994. They married in 1995, and had two sons together, then divorced in 2005.

    Alexandra Bell (b. 1983) is an interdisciplinary artist who investigates the complexities of narrative production, consumption, and perception. Utilizing various media, she deconstructs language and imagery to explore the tension between marginal experiences and dominant histories. Through investigative research, she considers the ways media frameworks control how narratives involving Black communities are depicted and in turn disseminated under the aegis of journalistic “objectivity.”

    She considers a range of media, such as dictionaries, style guides, early broadsides, and broadcast news as central to the formation of collective identities. She accumulates news records, mines editorial databases, and restructures textually and visually produced narratives to control the elasticity of language and image. By physically outlining and revising editorial frameworks, she attempts to make visible the white racial sovereignty of today’s most revered institutions and use visual art to liberate marginalized communities from racist media fabrications.
