Ash Brannon is an Emmy Award winning writer, director and visual artist. His credits include Disney/Pixar's TOY STORY (Directing Animator), and TOY STORY 2 (Co-Director, Story Co-Creator). Ash directed and co-wrote the Sony Pictures film SURF'S UP, which earned him an Oscar nomination for Best Animated Feature. At Riot Games, Ash served as a story co-creator, writer and co-executive producer on the Netflix series ARCANE.

Ash Brannon (born October 31, 1969) is an American writer, director, visual artist, animator, and producer. He was a story artist and directing animator on Toy Story[1] and co-director of Toy Story 2.[2] He also directed and co-wrote the Sony Pictures Animation film Surf's Up. He also served as co-executive producer, story co-creator and writer on the Netflix animated series Arcane.

Ash Brannon (born 1969 in Columbus, Georgia) is an American animator, writer and director. He was a story artist and directing animator on Toy Story and co-director on Toy Story 2. Besides working at Pixar he has also worked with Dreamworks Animation on Over the Hedge and Sony Pictures Animation on Surf's Up. Studying in CalArts Character Animation program, Brannon likewise practiced his skills in animation as a trainee for Disney's The Little Mermaid. From 1990-92. In the meantime, Brannon served as an animator for such projects as Nike's Hare Jordan Super Bowl ad in 1992 and the television series That's Warner Bros.!. He won an Annie Award for Outstanding Individual Achievement for Directing in an Animated Feature Production and Outstanding Individual Achievement for Writing in an Animated Feature Production on Toy Story 2.
